Hi yes we like our Nationwide flex account you do get the best rate going, I do have the credit card but do not use it that often but when I do, I pay whatever the balance is when I receive statement on line  works well for us. Pat

I set up my credit card account to pay the amount in full from my flex account. So much easier as I don't have internet access out in Spain.
From memory I think you have to activate the credit cards by ringing a number also the pin numbers do take a while to come through. Hopefully Mark you'll be ok.

Yes you are right Semi you do have to do that and pin number comes a few days after you get the card our's was delivered on a Sunday by special courier.  Mark it might be worth giving them a ring see if they can hurry it along for you. Good luck Pat

I'm not so worried about the pin number as when we have been out before, most places still insist on a signature and not chip and pin. I'll still have my old card just in case, and i'l be able to use it next time.
