looking to buy 4 cheap paddle tennis bats . does anyone know where to buy them and alst rule book-in english if poss

We bought some cheapy ones from Carrefour supermarket. They're good enough for us as we're all rubbish at it.
We found the rules on the Internet but there do seem to be some slightly different rules floating about and not sure which ones are the latest ones! If you do actually find the proper rules I'd be interested in know them!
