Best Menu Del Dia in Los Alcazares

Hi everyone

We have been here now for nearly 7 weeks and am writing to ask of your recommendations for the best Spanish authentic 'Menu Del Dia' in the Los Alcazares/Los Narejos area? Plus the most economical without losing quality? We could easily go and have 'all day breakfasts' at 525 or other English tourist Astra's but wish to really experience authentic Spanish 'platos' without breaking the bank 😎
