I'm thinking to cook using sous vide machines. Do anyone of you use these machines, and if yes, which is good.

However, you can also consider some others that are expensive but provide advanced . I'm talking abaout ChefSteps Joule machine. This has fantastic features and also compatible with WIFI and Bluetooth make sure to read reviews before doing any purchase.
