You could try MediaMarkt or El Corte Inglés,  they both offer delivery and installation options, similar to Curry's in the UK. You can order online, and they'll sort it for you.

Murcia is definitely cheaper overall than the UK, but some things like taxis can catch you off guard. That €79 taxi fare sounds pretty steep for a 30-minute ride, might be worth checking out local buses or even renting a car if you want to move around more freely. Food-wise, you'll save a lot by hitting up the supermarkets, but eating out every day will definitely add up. As long as you plan a bit, you should be good.

Yeah, you're right, prices drop the further south you go, but there's always a catch, like infrastructure. El Campello is a sweet spot because you’ve got great public transport, so no car is needed. That’s a huge plus if you’re not into driving everywhere, especially as you get older.

If you’re open to inland areas, places like Valencia or Albacete could be a solid option for more space, and you could get a decent house with land for a good price. But, like you said, cheaper places often come with trade-offs—less access to things like public transport or amenities. It really depends on what you're willing to compromise on!
