dear maria, can you help me please, ive had an email from someone, saying they are from costa luz and I need to make sure its not a scam, it asks me to give all my details including a new password, ive tried to phone costaluz several times and email , the telephone rings and then cuts off, one phone call did go to a uk answer machine, I left a message 8 days ago, but no response, the email did not have the name of the costa luz employee, or the telephone number, which both have been given in your emails over the last 12 years, can you please tell me how to have contact with you,and can you tell me when my family can put this whole tragedy behind us, yours m s h
