hi everybody does anyone in Murcia rent out long term is 12 months or longer only when I go onto longterm rentals 6 months seems to be the norm.
my sister in law is there now in la Florida and she is looking for some where a bit more closer to a town and for 12 months if not longer anybody any ideas would be great thanks.

The legal minimum contract to rent an unfurnished property in Spain in 3 years. You will be required to pay 1 month deposit and prove your income. This site has almost 50 properties in Murcia available. Renting from a Spanish institution provides you with protection and support.

After living in Spain more than 90 days you are considered a resident and liable to submit fiscal returns to the Hacienda.
