Long term rental Benidorm

I wonder if anyone here can help me. I have spent hours looking for a long-term winter let in the Benidorm area and I have come up with very little. Could anyone direct me to an agent/property owner in the area that can help me? My hubby and I are wanting to spend 3 months of the winter from December to the end of February in the area. I expected to find lots on offer. Perhaps I'm being unrealistic? We had no problem finding a winter let in the southern Costa Blanca but the northern area seems to have very little on offer.
