Well, I can confirm many Apes in the UK are getting driving licences, and the cars they are buying are the ones that have no indicators.
Today a driver came to me and when he got out of the car he had a t-shirt on, shorts, and flip flops, nothing wrong with that for July but I think it's still February and it's been about minus 1 or 2 with the wind factor, maybe a bit more.
So maybe yes I can say I have seen an Ape driving a car.
