One item ok but not 7 so I am wondering whether the postman has a favourite bush under which items are thrown. I have been told that I can complain online and in english but a search of "Google" has not helped. Does anyone please know whether there is a complaints system in english. Can't see an option in English, but if you click the second link on this page http://www.correos.es/ss/Satellite/site/pagina-formular_reclamacion/sidioma=en, accept the conditions that pop up in a seperate window, a form comes up to fill out which should be reasonably self explanatory. I'm sure if you put your complaint in simple English it will be answered.
