Ah, that's the site that doesn't have private messages, won't let you put internet links, mention any other site inluding facebook, twitter or any other local site, recommend anything that doesn't advertise on their site or those that doesn't put his advert in their shop window. He started charging a year or so back and you have to use paypal and agree to a continuing annual charge. Won't allow email addresses and if you're selling or buying you have to put your phone number on the open site.
To be fair, it doesn't get the blatantly racist, foul language or political rubbish suffered by other sites in the area but heaven help you if you criticise his site in any way, including it being a bit slow sometimes, and you'll be banned straight away with no email why or refund of your money.
TBH it's not worth the hassle. Stay on here as most people are generally nicer (generally, not always).
