Hi all Can't seem to find any way of changing my avatar. Any help would be much appreciated. Don

Click on your user name. It will come up with Quien es (your user name) At the top on the left is "edit my profile" You can upload an avatar from there. Doesn't work well on a phone or tablet as words overlap each other but fine on a PC. HTH This message was last edited by bobaol on 02/08/2013.

My edit didn't seem to work Don't forget to update profile at the bottom.

Thanx for the advise. Unfortunately "edit my profile" isnt showing either on my laptop or ipad using safari, firefox or ie

Were you logged in? Once logged in and then clicking your user name should bring up the edit my profile bit.

Yes I was logged in. Even if I click on "my profile" in the top right corner it takes me to the "quien es Don" page that says "oh dear. This member hasn't provided any information yet"

Hmm.. Don't know what's happening, then. Just tried it with a neighbour and a new account name. Clicking on the my profile at the top right also comes up with this member has not provided any information but it definitely has the edit my profile in blue under the Quien es bit.
Maybe you should contact the EOS administrators if it is not showing.

Hmmmmm dunno either. Just opened a new account and yes the "edit my profile" is there but definitely not there on my regular account. Strange

There seems to be a problem with the profile assigned to your account as it comes up Don and not Don & Kerry, as shown in the threads. The PM went to "Don". Please confirm that when you click on "my profile" at the top right of the page you are sent to this profile if not what profile name are you sent to?. If you are not sent to "Don" we have a problem with the account (not the avatar) and the techs will have to sort it out. Please get back to me cheers.

It says "private messages(0 new)" When i click on it it says "You currently have no private conversations going on here!"
