Casa Salvador Restaurant - Cullera

If you live in the Comunidad Valenciana or are travelling through I highly recommend stopping off for lunch at Casa Salvador. A very well known restaurant in Cullera,Valencia. It is positioned on the edge of the "Estany de Cullera" which is a fresh water lake that is open to the sea. The setting is idillic and very relaxing, so don't go if you are in a hurry. It's the ideal place for one of those long lazy lunches that the Spanish just love, and I do too! If you are lucky enough to find the time to go you must get a table on the terrace over looking the lake, so if it is at the weekend it is best to reserve a table. It's not a cheap restaurant by Valencian standards but niether is it expensive for the quality and quantity of food. I highly recommend the Lobster Paella (Paella de Bogavante), mindblowing!! The best I have ever had.
