Hi Everyone Is anyone else having problems with an administrator? Ours is a nightmare they will not answer emails, ignore any requests or enquiries. We complained about one of the partners but also getting no results from the one who has taken over. Our property is in Playa Flamenca we are not permanent residents, but spend a lot of time there. My husband was elected president this year, but the administrator refuses to send communications to other owners if she does not like/agree with the content. Help, !

Send him a Burofax telling him you are going to call an EGM to request his dismissal if he does not concede to your requests...The President is the person with all the authority the Administrator has none.
If he doesn't mend his ways call the EGM with the dismissal of the administrator as the only agenda item, the President can call an EGM at any time. Just do it and get rid of what appears to be yet another Administrator working against the interests of the Community.
You can call the EGM by email and for thhose that you do not have an address for simply put the papers in the owners mailbox and then place the papers in the Community Notice Board...job done.

I would be very interested to know who your Administrator is BUT do not put the name on here!!.....that is not good form or allowed.
