Can anyone help with the governing body for car hire firms. Doyouspain continues to ignore requests for a refund they said we would receive in a couple of days on 27th April. Surely they cannot just ignore this. I have now emailed them 5 times asking them to process the refund.

Hi
Can you please help. We rented a vehicle through a well known Spanish supplier, the contract clearly states that the car was to be returned full. However when we returned it to the car hire company they said their instruction was it should be returned empty. We were charged €100, but told they would phone us in the UK next day and sort it out. This didn't happen. We got in touch with the agent we hired through and they said they would process a refund in a couple of days this didn't happen . They now just ignore our emails. How do we take this further?

Hi Everyone
Is anyone else having problems with an administrator? Ours is a nightmare they will not answer emails, ignore any requests or enquiries. We complained about one of the partners but also getting no results from the one who has taken over. Our property is in Playa Flamenca we are not permanent residents, but spend a lot of time there. My husband was elected president this year, but the administrator refuses to send communications to other owners if she does not like/agree with the content. Help, !
