Name and Shame Bad Tenants

Is there a website or place where you can name and shame bad tenants.

Doubt it.

I think you'd have to carefully check out the legalities (to avoid getting done for defamation) but maybe there's the basis for a new web business! You could have a section for bad tenants and another for rogue landlords. You could even throw in another section for dodgy estate agents for good measure.

To save ink and space, wouldn't it be better to have a website for non-dodgy politicians?  Wouldn't take much to keep it up to date, either.  Probably be one of the shortest lists in history on a par with famous Belgians.
