Can anyone suggest insurance companies who will offer group building and 3rd party insurance to a community of villas ? Our urbanisation consists of 36 60's built villas, some interconnected. Owners currently insure independently, but at our recent AGM I was asked to research group insurnace. brokers in the UK like Schofields and Intasure are not interested.

Have a chat with Debbie at Hamilton Insurance.  I am pretty sure they do community insurance.
