Buy on Polaris World La Torre?

I am thinking about buying a villa on Polaris World La Torre as there seems to be some bargains around especially the bank reposessions. The only thing is there seems to be a lot for sale and I wondered what the reason was? Has anyone else bought on La Torre? What is it like? Also does anyone know anything about Polaris World Mar Menor and which of these two resorts are considered the best? Would appreciate any held or advice - positive and negative! Hi all
