we are relatively new to Los Alcazares and have just bought a bungalow which we intend getting a third bedroom built

on the solarium area.  We are currently seeking good quality, reliable builders to give us a quote for the work.

 Don't want to put a dampner on your plans, but please get planning permission using an  qualified Architect

It won't be cheap, but in the long run it's better than being told to pull it down!

Thanks guys for the advice regarding getting an architect but we have just used one and he was excellent. Also for the details concerning Gary Stewart.  We will ring him when we return to LA mid November.

what they can come up with.  If we can get 3 quotes then that should give us an idea of overall costs for the extension.
