just back from our appartment on la reserva lovely weekend in the sun. we are in manzana 3 block 7 overlooking the pool.. its a sad shame to see the place so empty, still least its quite for us. i gather the marbella town council have to troll through the 5,000 odd complants about the town plan before it is put to the junta, then they have to agree. pennoyra has agreed to hand over land so no problem there. knowing the spanish love of papper work and meetings it could be some time before its sorted.. so you might aswell enjoy your appartment in the sun. We found the area very busy and helle holis are car hire firm our fully booked. apparently a lot of germans are back in town.
