Sky Prices from 1st September 2009

I need a 2 bed ground floor furnished or part furnished, as long as its got bed, i have the rest. Preferably near the new shop and soon to be bar or near the security box

Well I think i am the best tenant around as I have seen so many other who are not very good.but you can meet me or see the apartment i am in now to see for yourself.

I am a single mum of a 5 yr old(very well behaved as has a heart problem so she cant get to excited) i have been here 5 years, was living with my mum for 4 of them, but there comes a time you have to move out. I do not have a very good social life so normally watching tv by 7pm every night. my 2 little bichons keep me company when the daughter is asleep.

I pay 600euros for a ground floor as im a bit scared of heights and of my daughter or dogs falling from higher floors, but they also need the space to play as im working most days. I would also prefer an apt not in direct line with the pool where people can torment the dogs as its no good for them or sunbathers.

so if you know of anybody who would be interested I would be gratefull for a msg.

Whilst I am in sympathy with your situation, i can promise dogs are not welcome in our urbanisation, the are already to many, fouling the gardens and areas, and making noise.  Every dog owner will tell you "mine are not like that" but they really are. Sorry but that is the feeling of a lot of us "Owner residents"

What gives you the right to say who and what is welcome.

What gives you the right to say you can promise on behalf of the residence.

When I complete I will bring my dogs who in my opinion are far better than most humans.

YOU DONT HAVE A PROBLEMS WITH DOGS . YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THOSE HUMANS THAT OWN THEM.

Get rid of those residence and let those that look after their pets and respect their neighbours live and enjoy the development.

When roaming around the site its easy to spot the problem dog properties as they are s--t  holes and look like neighbours from hell.

Thanks for your reply, It was the type of reply I expected from a dog owner. I will agree there are responsible owners and I have friends who are, but it does not change anything that I stated.  As a resident who has paid all his urbanization, as you are obviously not, I have the right to express my opinion about dogs. If you read my post again you will see that nowhere did i say I was making promises on behalf of the (Residence) or did you mean Residents.

I hope that if and when you complete? and bring your dogs, you don't find yourself next to one of your "Neighbours from Hell"

You say that you can promise that dogs are not welcome on La Reserva de Marbella,you clearly therefore are speaking on behalf of others.

Well . We are a group of 3 couples who are completing on this development and we all have dogs.

Why do we all have dogs ? because we are dog breeders so get used to it

We also look after dogs for other people when they are away and we train puppies.

Yes I reply like a dog owner because I happen to like dogs more than most humans and the likes of such a rude and arrogant person like you it seems I am well justified.

I am sure we will make great neighbours.

i can assure you that John is not rude and arrogrant.

 I am a dog owner and love other dogs but i feel that a two bedroom appartment in a hot climate is not my idea of dog heaven. (We are all entiled to an opnion )

 There are several  large dogs left tied up outside all day, barking and causing a nuisance. i find this treatment of dogs quite horrible. We know several responsible dog owners in la reserva with  small dog's who i don't have a problem with but i hope for everyone sakes we don't have to many  dogs it would spoil the quite location that is so attractive. We meet up with an english couple in the pool last year who told us there horror story of living next door to several dogs

Dan if you are breeding dogs and training/boarding dogs perhaps, LA RESERVA is not the right place.

Every responsible person with or without pets should be made welcome,however as you say this is a two bedroom property and accordingly this must be a consideration in the type of pets any responsble owner to choose as a home.

This is a single lady asking Johnone for help and advice , he stood as judge and jury and shunned her without even giving her a chance.

Please see my reply and I know the very property /properties/slums you are talking about, these are neighbours from hell and devalue property prices and make life hell for many on your development. NO ONE WANTS DOG S-IT EVERYWHERE.

To treat those poor dogs like that is a disgrace and I for one would do everything a could to report them to any official body and have them rescused.

This is such a shame for the majority of the residents that are making their properties a shear delight.

This is no reason whatsover for someone to not welcome someone as a neighbour  to an area and what would the world be like if everyone adopted this attitude,

This person then mocks a spelling mistake,judges me, is to me someone that I find offensive,a control freak  and someone who further devalues property by portraying this development as some sort of click members club instead of a welcoming and helpful community.

I agree with Dan, what gives johnone the right to say who and what is welcome on this development.  Responsible dog owners (like myself) make sure their dogs do not interfere in any way with the lives of others, be it noise or their toilet needs.

I wonder what your comments would be to parents of young children who have a habit of shrieking rather loudly when excited, or crying incessantly for what can seem hours on end.  Will you "promise" that they too are not welcome?  Or how about the teenagers with their drinking, music and laughter until all hours?

Johnone says "Every dog owner will tell you "mine are not like that" but they really are".  A sweeping statement and arrogance all in one misguided sentence, I thank goodness I don't have you for a neighbour - because what a miserable, intolerant one you would be indeed.  I expect you would like to put up a sign: No dogs, no kids, no young people.

If you wanted total control John, you should have bought a villa.

I am already there so it would not be adding to your problem, simply moving to another apartment. I have a ground floor so my little dogs have enough space to play while i am out, and i am not out all the time as i have a small child... this may anoy you also but i can promise she is not very loud as she can be very poorly if she gets too excited.

Thank you Dan for stickin gup for me, but i do not wnat you to get beaten for your efforts. looks lik ei will have to go through an agent rather than direct as you suggested.

I would like to say that if any of you would like to rent your apartment on a long term basis as i doubt i will ever be able to get a mortgage on my own, then i would be gratful if you could message me.
