Any English living in Tolox, Malaga

Hi Guys

I wonder if any of you can help with a number of queries I have:

Firstly, does anyone know what will become of the space between the Jardines de Alhama Resort and the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course?

In brochures, the 3 bed apartment shows a small patio and a small area of garden with (grass) at the back.  However, I have not seen this in any of the images uploaded.  Can someone advise?

Will there be a cinema on the Condado de Alhama?

Lastly, will all the facilities such as sports area, cinema (if one exists) and other leisure facilities be open all year round?

I have seen on another website the plans between the golf course and the Jardines.  It seems to be more penthouse aparments similar to the ones currently being built on site. http://www.polaris-world-resorts.com/golf_resorts/condado_de_alhama/

They are suppose to be building a cinema as part of the Oasis complex.

All of the sports facilities will be open all year round once they are open.  From the other resorts built though i wouldnt expect them to be finished until the end of the year at the earliest.  So far El Valle and Hacienda have no town centre and shops (EV has one small cafe and a temporary clubhouse for the golf).

When I was over recently I asked about the land between Jardines and golf course and was told that 'something' would be built there but no one knew what or when.

The original plans way back at release showed Altos apts (3 storey high). I was later told that due to collapse of original release of Condado the plans for Altos were moved to Mar Menor 2. I was also told that Polaris will not biuld the same apts on two different sites therefore the Altos apts will NOT be between Jardines and Golf course.

Jardines, I was informed, were built around a garden (hence the name - clever eh!) and not meant to be frontline to golf so eventually we will lose sight of golf course when Polaris build on this land.

It will be interesting what will happen when the jardines are handed over.  By this time the golf course should be green, but there will then be this scrub land between the jardines and the golf course.

Personally i would rather this land get built on now so it looks finished rather than having a mini desert on the door step for a few years, then being invaded by tower cranes for 18 months.

Polaris will be busy next year with La Isla, golf suites and the Oasis so the earliest they would probably start building would be 2010 or 2011.

Hi Guys,

I've uploaded a couple of plan layouts within the Photos section of the forum. They show Phase II Penthouses, which are approved and now being sold by PW. The plans show the Penthouses & road connecting Los Naranjos to Jardines. I'd imagine we will see cranes in position for these within months. Not sure regards the ground directly behind the Jardines but I'd guess it may be Penthouses Phase III.
