HI TO EVERYONE

I HAVE BOUGHT 3 BED ON GARDEN 13, JUST WONDERED HOW MANY OF US ARE MOVING OVER TO BECOME PERM RESIDENTS.  I AM A SINGLE PARENT MOVING OVER IN JULY TO RENT ON LA TORRE UNTIL WE COMPLETE ON JARDINES, JUST THOUGHT IT WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW THAT OTHERS ARE GOING TO BE AROUND TOO, LITTLE LESS DAUNTING IF YOU KNOW YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LIVE IN A GHOST TOWN SO TO SPEAK.  LOOK FOWARD TO HEARING WHO IS AND WHOSE NOT.  NOT LONG NOW FOLKS

Hi Carol what a good thread to start. We also intend living there perm.and have been wondering how many more there will be. At least we know we are not on our own as there will be a lot of people renting out.  We have bought ground floor as well on Jardin 11.

we have bought on Jardin 6(7)! two bed, not moving out permanently yet - but hoping to use it as holiday home.  We have 7 year old son and him and myself hope to spend all his summer hols there - hopefully all July and August and any other school holidays that we can get out for.  With Ryanair flying into Murcia - we live quite near Dublin airport my husband hopes to commute to work from Spain!!!

Hi all just retired at 50 from the Fire Service, my wife retires in three years from being a Nurse in the NHS she is not happy that I have already retired we have decided to buy the apartment at Polaris World to spend extended vacations now, and if we enjoy increase the amount of time we spend there after my wife retires. We have two daughters both in there 20s. We don't intend to rent the apartment. We have bought a 2 bed on Los Naranjos, Jardin 8

My wife and I have bought our ground floor apartment on garden 8 (9) in the jardines. going to use it for a holiday home hoping to spend at least 6 weeks a year there. We have 3 daughters 22, 20 and 18. We also have a grandson 6 months. Looking  forward to meeting people out there.

My parents, sister and I, have bought the 2 bed and 3 bed in Jardines 6 (7).  My parents are really looking forward to moving out there - Spain reminds them of Jamaica.   I would love to live permanently in the apartment, but will see how things go.  I'm single myself.

We have also bought a 2 bed apartment at Jardin 13, we are hoping to use the apartment a least 3 months a year as I work offshore 6 months,still have to go home for the rest of the time. We won't be renting out, just letting the relations and close friends use it.  Can't wait to get the keys!!

Well Thanks to all who have replied so far and although I will be living there it will be lovely to meet all you friendly lot for a mass BBQ or just drinks when you over on holidays, be nice to keep intouch and share experiences of buying, snagging etc... and whats the best vino intown ha ha .....
