Hi, I am a single mum who needs an apartment asap for myself and my 4yr old, iv lived in spain 4 yrs, but the person im renting from in elviria needs to sell, I can not get a mortgage, not yet anyway!

I need a 2 bed and ground floor as my daughter has been spoilt with a garden.the place needs to be in the catchment for the local school or they will make me change her, and its too much. I can not afford top prices but I am the perfect tenant. with great references. from employer and ex landlord to be...
