We too have now completed in 39/07, as did a couple of other apartments whilst we were there. Overall we are very pleased with the apartment though there are a few issues. After handing over the money at the Notarie and receiving the welcome pack from Keymare, KM informed us that there was no water or electricity connected, despite my having sent the necessary forms back in December and checking with Maria 2 days befoire completion that all would be connected. It took 24 hours to get connected, which deprived us of a night in the apartment. So anyone completing needs to check and double check that the services will be connected on completion.
Most of the snagging had been completed, but we were disappointed that there was only one electric point in the kitchen (4 in the main bedroom) other than the water heater and that point was "live" giving a shock when appliances (kettles etc,) were plugged in. We were disappointed that in a three bedroom apartment there were only 4 dining room chairs and 2 more had to be purchased from Eco muerble, also the 50litre water tank is clearly not man enough for a three bedroom apartment. I'm assurred by Maria that is what is in the contract so that is what has been supplied! The shower room window is in such a position that it is impossible to put up a normal shower and I am having to pay for modifications to be made to make it possible to fit a screen.
In the end we only had a couple of days to get everything sorted out before we had to return to the UK, without very great support from Anita and Dave Baxter we would not have achieved what we did, they were a mine of information and help on all fronts.
All the best to those of you yet to complete the views and facilities at Thallassa make it all worthwhile in the end
