We completed in Block 7 at the end of August. Happy generally with apartment ie location etc but not happy with Key Mare After Sales attitude, number of snagging problems ie 3-4 pages, and response to snagging. Lots of things will NOT be done so we are having to do ourselves, some things were done when we were out in November after much stress and discussion with the staff; Xmas we were again disappointed that nothing more had been done - again further discussions and a couple more things were done (including the jobs caused by the poor snagging repairs/further damage caused).
Next visit hopefully March and we don't anticipate that snagging will be complete but who knows. In December, Key Mare advised us they were finishing off the snagging as they were looking at moving off the development fairly soon.
Saying that, it has still not put us off and we are looking forward to each visit, the sun, sea, atmosphere, culture and friendly locals.
