We are over at half-term - have already completed on Block 17 and moving in.  It will be strange to see some furniture in there at last.  We are over from 16th Feb.  Hope your completion goes well, we have had alot of trouble with getting the water switched on, they kept saying it was on but it wasn't, in all it took 7 weeks to sort the matter out.

We completed on our apartment in block 17 last week.

We were told by Ros Y Falcon that it would take about 4 to 6 weeks for utility connection. However, we received an e-mail from our lawyer on Tuesday implying that everything was on.

We will double check with them first but, all being well, we will be coming out next weekend to order our furniture. Once we have an idea of delivery timescales we can decide on a date to move out permanently.

I think part of our problem with the water was that they had put the connection in the wrong apartment and getting them to admit the mistake took ages to rectify.  Anyway it is all supposed to be sorted out now.
