We purchased our 3 bedroom apt Phase 2 October last year and were allocated 1 parking space, however we were very suprised to hear from another resident in Phase 1 that they were allocated 2 parking spaces for their 3 bed apt. Is this the norm? or have we been done out of a parking space?...

No you have not been done out of a space.

The price you paid at the time reflects what you get. Apartment size, position of block/floor, no. of car park spaces all get reflected. Look at an old or new price list.

Also the toal space you have gets reflected in community fee. Two spaces equals another 12-16 sq meters in community fees.

sent you a PM with a chart that shows the relative fees for two blocks so you will see what I mean. These charts were given to me when I signed and by AEA at a public meeting last year.

Anybody can ask to see the charts showing sizes and fees for each apartment, this is/should be public information in a community as its used to calculate quotas. 

yes, there doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason behind it...i have a 2 bed in phase 1 with 2 spaces, but a 3 bed below me as only one!!!
