I believe the mailboxes to all CSG apartments are located on the wall behind block 3.

Agree entirely, setting up the community and finding an effective way of managing it , is a big priority. In October there were two gardening fella's around tidying up and cleaning the general area. Obviously no longer. We are back to stay in block 3 after Xmas so can update when we return. I am hoping that our internet connection has been set up- we do now have a local telephone number. Has anybody else set up   tel/broadband conections yet ?

There could be a greater problem with the pools. I have heard that under a recent change in Spanish Law all communal pools must have a Lifeguard present during use.

With all the Pools at Calanova and presumably we owners having to fund these Lifeguards, I can imagine the whole thing being rather expensive from a community perspective. Until a formal community organisation is set up the owners will have little authority. This  probably can't be done until all the existing owners have completed.

Anyone know the legal process for formimg the community - does it need to be managed by the developer or can we get together and do it ourselves.?
