Missing MRI

Hi all, Have spoken to my solicitor today, she tells me that you cannot sign the deeds until the builder gives confirmation that water and electricity are connected.And as of today they have not given confirmation.This applies to block 14, maybe other blocks have confirmartion, or is it just another delaying tactic.

The solicitor we have is a good one, and he is so friendly (and speaks good English) he is based in Torrevieja his name is Eugene he was recommended to us from our friends who live in Spain...he can also act as (POA) as i have said befor it is best to have a independent solicitor (and not one from masa)...

i am also using the same solicitors - mare nostrum - I was dealing with eugenio pendreno at first but they passed my file to their new office in loz alcazares which is closer to SG thanTorrevieja but depends where you will be staying.  Their website is http://www.mnostrum.com/
