we have just recieved our valuation back from the bank and they have Valued our Albertros at 220000 euros, so looks like it has increased in value, so the delays are not all bad news any one else had a valuation.

Quite right, this is something I've been saying all the time - we bought ours in 2005, at 146,000 euro's + a supplement for extra land, and as everyone else, have still to complete payment. Despite the market fluctuations in recent years, they still represent a good investment for those who bought on that basis, and even better for those who intend to keep them - we do.

Anyone had an Eagle valued?

Anyone know what the current sales price is for an end of terrace Eagle? I see that prices start at 155,000 but that's all I can find out?

Anyone had a valuation for an Open ? We bought ours on the very first release in Apr 04 . Latest prices per Masa appear to be 170000 Euros but I think they only have one left and are not planning to build any more.

We paid 100 euros per square metre over and above the standard 250m2 and would like to estimate our profit.
