Hi Rob

That wasn't meant as a criticism of your information, more to confirm the fact that Atlas are not informing us of anything at all. The client letter we all received told us only what we know already that there is a ridiculous delay on our property. By the time they release M11 they will be over 2 years old.  Not bought off plan, the property was built when we bought.

Atlas promise to support and keep you informed every step of the way.  But come the supposed completion date and they don't want to know.

What I keep trying to ask Atlas and everyone else is why should it take 6 - 12 months still to complete, the houses are done, the roads are done, even the pavements, road signs, trees zebra crossing were all there is October 07 - So what on earth is going on?

Yes we got same letter, Dear Clients, can't even be bothered to address their letters to individuals, that's how much they value us.  What a load of rubbish, Rob says 6 months to 12 months, don't know where he has got his information, obviously Atlas aren't even committing themselves to giving us any date.

Procobar, SA  C.I.F. A-30226815,  C/ Ronda Sur, 24.   30010 Murcia.

Hi, is there anyone on SG who has signed over their property using Atlas with Procobar as the developer.

Recently our solicitor tried to contact Procobar (who are the company who signed our contract) but could not contact them as the address on our contract no longer exists.  He then contacted Atlas who also could not help and refered the solicitor to Masa.

If anyone has signed over their contracts with Procobar, could they let us have the recent address.  Also we have never contacted the 'Town Hall' directly, is it the Town Hall at Murcia that Sierra Golf comes under?
