hi just stumpled on this web page ,we are gary and julie we have bought m11-5 for a holiday home to play some golf and relax. neither happening at the moment fingers crossed for house warming soon  .could anyone tell us where abouts the pool on m11 will be ,has anybody any idea when project sierra could realisticly be ready.

i believe the pool and the restaurant to be next to me m11 - 14 there was a rumour when i was out that there would also be one at the top of the road but at the opposite side, think that was M54.

i was told 9 holes completed by end of year and 18 holes would be in about a year. but dont know about the whole resort.
