Can anyone advise how we can assign our proxy vote?

We have had kind offers to vote on our behalf as we can't make the meeting but we're not sure on the mechanics for doing so.

We have been sent a proxy form by Ammex but are not sure if we just complete this and send back to Ammex or if we need to send it on to the individual voting on our behalf.

Any advice would be appreciated as we are keen to make our vote count and the AGM is approaching fast.

If you have the delegation proxy form it states " you can delegate another person explicitly appointed by using the enclosed authorization form".

To my knowledge you need to fill in the lower section with name , block / apartment  number and your nominee. It would appear that the nominee wiil need to take the original form to the AGM.

you will have to ensure that your community fees are up to date as this is  pre-requisite.
