Ammex have advised the following

1.Ammex had meeting with town hall council  and  re siting of bins.

2nd Bins collection point is to be sited at the rear of the site. I understand that the bins have been moved from outside the terrace of block 3 but I do not know if this is a council move or an unhappy owner. Well at least it is not right infront of anyones terrace - shame it wasnt the medlux homes office but there you go.

3. Ammex advised that Interlarken meet with town hall re discussion regarding underground rubbish collection . I am not sure of the out come but at least it is now on the agenda.

I have asked Ammex for responses to quite a lot of question that were bought up at the meeting on 10th April and I am waiting for a response. Ammex are in regular contact with me and I have asked that all owners are sent thier passwords immediately and can they confirm that all owners onPM1  & PM2 have had the AGM details sent to their residential addressesand proxy voting forms.

I will update this site at the end of the week with any responses I have.

I have  relative who has been on site for some 3 weeks and has been watching the gardeners. The gardens are improving but dont seem to have been watered apart from PM1 so I have queried this today with Ammex especailly as the weather is improving.and if we are to see rapid improvement then we need the gardens watered.

I understand form Ammex the gardeners are now concentrating on PM3 which was in the worst state of all the communities so lets hope that there is rapid improvement in this area.

Hi Jenny

Thanks for all your work so far. We had a second email from Ammex with our passwords. We had no problem getting passwords first time we registered.

I emailed Ammex re provision of sunbeds round pool area and they told me they were on order - we are out again 25th May for a week so hope they are in situ as we hope the weather will be better than at Easter. Also we did think that when the pool didn't have lifeguards we might still want access to sunbathe as our apartment gets morning sun only. Others might be the same and want somewhere to enjoy the sun even if not to swim. They also told me the builders had started cleaning the road of mud (after the rain at Easter) and presumably dust now. Anyone seen evidence of this?

I have booked flights to come out for the AGM 15th June so hope to meet up with other owners then.

Gardens - have we seen evidence of the plan of action from Ammex and new gardeners working around block 13? I have to say I am also inclined as someone else suggested to put up some extra cash to get the gardens looking good - went to Marriotts at San Antem and there you also see beautiful gardens and what a difference it makes. Having said that it looks like Ammex have just taken another big payment for community charge so about time they delivered on their promises for the moneyy we are paying.

I can't offer to be Presdient as no time to be out there enough but happy to support when I can. Erica

Hi Jenny

Have said that John Jones got in touch with me to say that the bins had been moved.  Apparently some very official looking people had been looking at the bins in front of our apartment when he arrived on Monday, then when he got up on Tuesday they'd been moved so I really don't think that this is an angry owner that has relocated them. I do think that Ammex have actually been succesfull in getting them moved for us.  As I said - is this just the start? One lives in hope!
