Anyone recommend independent solicitor?

As I understand it PM2 is the second of 4 communitiesof blocks within CDS: it comprises blocks 3 - 20 so I imagine that it is your share of the community charge - did you complete recently? If ths is the case it will have been deducted presumably by Ammex.

This charge relates to one quarter of the annual charges for the upkeep of the site by Ammex. Personally I think it is extortion for what we are actully getting in the way of any service at the moment.

The full costs for you community PM2 should be available to you via the Ammex website using your personal I.D. issued by Ammex

I afraid this is correct we were caught the same way. after we inquired the original 800 + euros was for the 1st 6 months to cover all costs up to now 50 eoros would have been nearer the mark considering what they have actually done.

We are being ripped of by Ammex and this why I have been urging everyone in Blocks 1 & 2 to attend the AGM or get a proxy vote in place so that we can start to have a say on where our money is going.

We will definately be at the AGM and hope to meet as many owners as possible the day before to draw up a list of questions and maybe some solutions to our problems.

I for one am disgusted at the way they seem to think that we can shafted like this and continue to urge all owners to stand up and together do something that is in the interests of all owners and the future of the complex.
