Bull ML Emails

I cant be the only one who has no idea what everybody is talking about? From what I can gather ML have done something awful, but nobody can say what it is? They are also attempting to rig the upcomming elections and the community is bankrupt.

These are not my views, they are just what I can gleen from reading between the lines.

If you are all serious about your little Coup De grace, you will need to be more clear to get more people on side.

Unusually, I have to agree with Darren. For me there are too many Chinese whispers, innuendo, incomplete statements of dark goings on, etc. It is very hard for those of us that don't live on the resort to get a clear picture. I'd like to have a starting point of believing that everyone is working in the best interests of the resort but won't vote for anyone that I know nothing about - why should I vote for one person above another if I have no information?

I do know there was a presidents meeting on the 11th October at which the AGM dates, etc were agreed. The minutes were formally sent out on the 29th and I had an e-mail of these and the details from ML on the 12th November. That is all I've received. I agree getting the information out seems to have been slow but someone either from ML or the presidents could have said something after the meeting on the 11th?

I find it hard to form an opinion. I have friends on the resort whose opinion I value (because I know them) who are pleased with ML and how things are going and are critical of others but then see all these negative comments on here (which isn't the best medium for this sort of conversation anyway but is probably all people have).

I'll probably get slated for this post but I suspect there are many in my position who just see a lot of argument but don't have a complete enough picture to make a valid assessment.

OH NO!! Look what you have done, all you conspiracy theorists, you are making people agree with me, that’s not normal! There appear to be about 10-15 people on here who keep talking about votes, but they don’t say who we should be voting for or why.

If you believe that ML has done something wrong, please simply tell us what you think they have done wrong. If you are scared of getting in legal trouble then add the word “Allegedly” and you should be protected.

Although I don’t really take this forum too seriously, I do find it fun and that is something that has been lacking lately. There are only two types of thread appearing these days, they are something like this:

-          “Looking to buy in Garden xx any advice”

-          “Its the end for Condado if you don’t vote xx”

I am sure that the second thread has put more people off buying that all my negative comments have ever done, yet most of you claim you want the place to prosper.

So can one of the conspiracy theorists please explain what ML has done, have the popped your football, kicked a puppy, peed in the pool, pulled the plug on La Isla Lake, played the golf course without a collar, or something much worse? Are they planning to assassinate a president from a grassy knoll, plant a dirty bomb in Al Katraz, introduce the death penalty for late payers or turn CDA into a communist state? These are only guesses from reading this thread, they may be correct, they may be wrong, but until someone explains, the rest of us can only speculate.

 Darren, I just can say "thank you" for your comment. We have lost about a dozen of sales in the last two months due to the allegations made by some individuals who just spread the negative word without any factual background. The resort is in very good shape, all services up and running, security, gardeners, pool cleaners and all other involved are doing a great job and I really think that the ones who dont wanna see that just should maybe leave the resort? Maybe they are better of in Camposol where there are real problems. I am fed up with reading all the negative lies about the administrator and the people working here daily to make this resort a great place to be. Again, thanks for your contribution. Rupert, I know you are keen to keep ML as they send you business but have you not seen at least the written warning they received signed by ALL the level 2 Presidents??

Did you not think Mmmm! Wonder why they ALL did that then???

You are on the resort all the time and I am sure you KNOW what the issues are!! Just take of your coloured business glasses for a minute to have a closer look...

There is so much going on I hope people realise that some of us have spent many many hours looking into the issues we don't just post blindly without asking many questions beforehand and that is what we are asking other to do.  It is such a fantastic resort in my opinion and it is a shame what is happening in the background it just needs to be resolved properly - that's all

 Chaddyowl, I am happy that you see that I am on site every day and can experience the resort as it is. Yes, my company is interested in a smooth operation and I honestly think that the actual administrator is doing a great job. I understand that you want to keep your negative approach, sure you have your reasons to keep this atitude. Maybe you want to inform me as well about your findings about ML so I can share your view? Just send me a PM please! At the end you are only doing harm to your fellow co-owners on the resort which does not help anybody.

Especially amusing is the constant advise to go for self administration, who ever visited Mazarron Country Club will see the difference inmediately.  I personally dont want to see CDA to be operated the same way with all the troubles and non-existing services over there.Ah, Chaddyowlm just for the record, I am owner on site as well.... Now if I sent one to you with evidence and information on I would not be that confident that it would not quickly fly across Al Kasar to another office Sir!! If you get my drift...

 Hi Chaddyowl, despite the fact that you are hiding behind a screen name I may assure you that we dont receive/pay anything from/to the actual administrator for services provided on or off site, we have a working relationship with all administrators on the Polaris Resorts, Roda Golf, La Manga Club and more in the Murcia Region, including ML. Why dont you publish your findings on the adecuate forum, instead of publishing your dirty linen on EOS? Sure you know why, I can only guess that your interest is to ruin the resorts reputation and nothing else. Funny enough you put my credibility on stake with your comment that "it will fly quickly to another office at Al Kasar", what do you mean? That I am working for ML? Sorry, seems that there is just nothing behind your allegations, the only thing you want to achieve is that the negative comments remain on EOS forever, are you an owner on site?
