Jardines 3 bed info needed

I need to ask a huge favour of someone in a 3 bed. Can anyone tell me if the dimensions of an ikea karlstad 3+2 corner sofa ref(798.891.75) will fit along the breakfast bar and long wall? I don't have the room/wall dimensions so even if someone would be kind enough to give me the length of the breakfast bar wall and long wall of a 3 bed I could work it out.

Pushing my luck now but I would also be grateful for curtain pole widths and curtain drops to floor for the 3 bed!!!

Length of breakfast bar to wall is 245 mm

Breakfast bar to patio window is 480 mm

Drop for curtains at patio window is 220 mm but that obviously depends where you site you curtain pole

My curtain pole is 220 mm for the patio windows again depends on the pole you chooseand how wide you want it to go

My curtain pole in the bedrooms is 170 mm and the drop 140 mm again it depends on how long you want your curtains to hang and how high up you set the curtain pole my curtains hang to just below the plastic cladding of the frame
