When we were over late June there There were two Spanish & one english Family moving in.
We also met a family in Campasol who had looked @ villas in Campasol & were looking at propertys on Condado too . I advised them to go to the banks as there might be some good offers going. Strangly enough we met them again a few days later outside the Clover. They had wanted their own pool, hence a visit to Campasol but had changed their minds as they were impressed with the Jardins. We did not see them again but they said they were hoping to buy on Condado before returning home mid July.
We fly from Manchester tomorrow for our last visit to Condado this year & cant wait
