Hi
I need to sort out our tax for 2010 but don't know our cadastral value. I did get it of my IBI bill before but we didn't seem to get a bill this year as the bill was just taken as a direct debit.
Anyone know if the administrators hold cadastral info?

 Do you have internet banking?  If so look in the receipt for the IBI payment it should be on there.

Thanks Phil - a star as usual!

Could I just check something? There are two receipts i.e. One for me and one for my husband and cadastral is just over £19500 on each. From Memory I think the value I used last time was nearer £40000 so I think they have the split the value and I therefore need to double the £19500?

In case you can't find it on your statement I emailed the council offices in condado and got it from them  condadoalhama@asirec.es.  i got 2010 and 2011.
