MTJ,

If you seriously are after help, it would be much better if you explained to those who use the forum your need and politely asked them for some help. Keeping on posting the same thing does not help particularly when one of the questions is so easy for you to find out for your self and the other ones are currently mute.

Wishing you all the best

Tony

So assuming you know the answer to the questions or a question, is it possible you could give the information please?

Hi MTJ,

I am not too sure why you need this info but I will give you what I know.

Who are the contractors for the infrastructure works? This is not finalised

Who are the Directors?  Jose, Damien, Almudena Rodrigeuz and Antonio B ( check spelling on SARC report

What is the parcel of land to be given as payment for the works? This is not finalised
When will the land (a current asset ) be signed over to the contractor, before the works commence or after completion? This is something that they are probably discussing.

I hope that is of some help

All the best

Tony

Thank you for your response.
Can you just clarify one point please.
You say the directors are Jose, Damies, Almudena Rodrigeuz and Antonio B. Are you saying that they are the directors of the construction company that will carry out the infrastructure works?

Hi MTJ,

No I am sorry I thought you were after the Directors of HdT, which, is why I thought it was a bit odd. If you are after the directors of the infra structure companies directors, that I do not know and have not asked, as HdT have not yet agreed that they will go with this company.

Sorry I can not be of any help on this.

Tony

So which company they have not yet agreed to "go with" ?
I am surprised that the question has not been raised when it could have such important implications. Perhaps you can let us know if when the information becomes available.
Can we assume that you do not have the information to the other questions?

Hi ALL

SARC are watching what HdT/SJI are doing to see that they are within the timeframe of their proposal. To that end we got and placed in the report the date the 5 year count started from. Please remember that SARC is a totaly independant purchaser group, which is self funding, with people giving up their free time to work on getting us out of this mess.

Wishing you all the best

Tony

Just posting this again in case you missed as you haven't responded, but if there is anyone else out there who knows the answers, appreciate if they could post.

Wondering which infrastructure company is being consider but not agreed to?
Anyone tell me why the questions about name of contractors and its directors have not been asked?
Seems that the one person who claims to be 'close' to the developer, does not know as they have not responded.
It is concerning if an asset is to be used to pay a contractor, especially when the detail of the contractors and its directors are not known. Anyone any idea of who the directors are please.

Buenas tardes!

mtj

Are you a purchaser at SADM or do you have other interests in this development?  You seem to be a very recent member of EOS, unless of course you have changed your name and have posted previously under a different name.   I checked your profile, however there was nothing there to indicate who you are.

Most people who post on this forum have been members for a long time, in fact many of us are from the days when we all thought SADM was going to be completed by 2008!

You have posted the same or similar messages at least a dozen times, so I suspect that if anybody on this forum could answer your questions they would have done so by now.  May I suggest that you start a new thread of your own and then you won't have to worry about your posting being hidden on this thread?  To be honest, I think most people on here are more interested in knowing when the Madrid court agrees to HdT continuing with the development and after that they will want to know when HdT gets the finance to continue.  The infrastructure on its own is of no interest unless there are houses there too!

Sue

Reading between the lines i get the impression that it is being suggested that assets are possibly being sold to companys with directors who we may be familiar with.

I may be wrong, i often am.

Ken.

Thanks for the advice about a new thread and I will do so.
Regarding new membership, I think that I have mentioned that I was a reader only for a long, long time.
Whilst I appreciate your comment about the infrastructure on its own is of no interest unless there are houses there too. But if the land has gone to pay for the infrastructure, what would be left to build on.
You see, the contractor for the infrastructure, its directors and method of payment (transfer of land), conditions of payment (timing) could be as important, if not more so, than the outcome of a Court case.

Response to the below posting.
No suggestions of anything, just seeking answers.

Hi mtj,

your suppostion is self defeating, as there would be no point doing a deal with a company to build the infra structure, if you then did not have the land to build the properties on. As for you trying to discover commercially sensitive information on an open forum I feel that you will not meet with much sucess.

I note that you have taken Sue's suggestion and started your own thread, which, I must admit I am surprised you did not do some time ago. Personally I am slightly suspicious of your motives. Some people have tried to screw up deals that HdT are doing to get SADM on the right track and when doing this they needed to know who to approach to try to scupper any deal. Therefore, I think you have very little chance of getting the information you ask.

All the best

Tony

From the first paragraph, without meaning to offend, your naivety is quite unbelievable.
Obviously you have no experience in business, business practice or business laws andnd conditions of contracts.

Why is the information comercially sensitive. Even for 'secret' Government contracts the contractors are known.
You may be suspicious of my motive, but you have no reason to be. It is a pity that you were not more suspicious of the motives of others.
Scupper a deal, why?
What would be the benefit of that to me.
There could be a miracle one day and properties are seen on the site, but not in 5 years time.
Your comments make me wonder even more why the name of a contractor to be used and its directors, need to be kept such a secret.
Will it get to the stage that the tradesmen will have to be vetted by the secret service do you think?
