Problems with heating in La Recoleta

Hello,  anybody having problems with the heating system,  we have had lots since we moved in,  first time around it took us 6 months to get it sorted,  and it worked for a year, (at least for the few weeks here and there that we spent in Spain),  Now since Christmas its out of action again and we are having trouble getting the guy out to fix it, they have to come from Murcia I am told and dont want to come all the way down to Punta Prima just to look at 1 apt. 

Does anybody know a handy man that has English,  sometimes these things are easy enough to fix and also it would be good to have a contact number for somebody that can be contacted locally if something goes wrong.

 Hiya, we've had the aircon bust once and the heating 2ce - we have just stared to use an English Guy, James who seems nice and has  had  a look but needs to come back when we're over next - the warranty guys did fix our heating first time but that's expired now, are you still under warranty?

 James did come and fix the heating and aircon for me and did a great job for a great rate - do you still need help? If no i'll send you his number.

The most common problem with the aircon in La Recoleta is the filter requires cleaning, first buy a tringular key to fit door in the shower room celing, dont buy a black plastic ket as the diameter is too big, open the door and slide down from the slot the black plastic filter and wash it in shower tray using the shower hed and hose, replace the filter, close the door making sure it is secure, turn on the aircon that will dry the filter
