Need help having ADSL and Telephone line installed.

Hi there all,

I was wondering if someone could help me out that lives onsite at La Recoleta. I am coming out on the 20th of January for 2 days (so only a short trip) and during this time I was going to sort out having a telephone line and ADSL installed through Telefonica. I have enquired before at there office in Torrevieja and it can be done but once the order is placed it can take up to 20 days for the engineer to come and install the line. Because I live in the UK at the moment obviously this makes things difficult. I wondered if it would be possible if  I could leave my apartment keys with someone who lives onsite so that when the engineer comes they could be there to let them in and just make sure they do the job ok. I don't think it will take long to install the line and I would be more than happy to pay for someones time. I will back out again on the 15th Febuary to take the keys back and buy whoever helps a beer.

 Hiya, hope someone came to your defence here! We dont live onsite and just visit so we decided to have a key holding agreement with a couple who live in entrada - we pay them and they check on the place each week, they'll come in a put the fridge/aircon/heating  get milk etc if you or guests are enroute... and especially its piece of mind in case you loose your key or something goes bang!! Let me know if you'd like to know more..

If you could give me there information may be I can get in touch with them. I don't rent my apartment out so it would only be a one of as don't need a key holder persay but for situations like this its always very  handy to know someone
