I only use my appartment a few weeks a year but still I'd love to have  a heated pool.  We will never get consensus at AGM i don't think  but i'm more than happy to add my vote and contribution euro!

 Hiya, we've had the aircon bust once and the heating 2ce - we have just stared to use an English Guy, James who seems nice and has  had  a look but needs to come back when we're over next - the warranty guys did fix our heating first time but that's expired now, are you still under warranty?

 Hiya, hope someone came to your defence here! We dont live onsite and just visit so we decided to have a key holding agreement with a couple who live in entrada - we pay them and they check on the place each week, they'll come in a put the fridge/aircon/heating  get milk etc if you or guests are enroute... and especially its piece of mind in case you loose your key or something goes bang!! Let me know if you'd like to know more..
