Pitch & Putt

Anybody know when the P/Putt is going to be open or is it just to look at.

I think is just a feature, would not be practical to play pitch , golf balls flying everywhere, just imagine driving along the road and being hit by a golf ball. My question who pays for the upkeep ... falls into the same scenario as 'The Park'

Hi,I would think everyone pays for the upkeep.Your community fees include all gardeners/cleaners etc.This is why it is important that newly formed communities don't go nuts with the budget in the first year.The apartments look great now as they are relatively new ,but after a couple of years the exterior shutters and walls will need paint and probably repairs.Scaffold etc will have to be erected and it will be a major cost.I have seen other communities indulge in benches, pots,denuncia's  etc.This is fine if there is a huge pot of cash but in a couple of years repainting etc will have to be carried out.
