Hi

I have my air con looked after by someone who works in partnership with LMK who do my property management.

I would recommend its worth emailing lisa info@lmkmanagement.com and i'm sure she will give you more details and/or put you in touch.  They are good, not as expensive as some and reliable.

Hi

We have also had alot of problems since day one with our A/C.We have had the original company that installed it  out to look at same who have just pumped more gas into it. We instucted another company to examine it and they maintained there was a leak in system over the bathroom. They seemed to fix this and pumped in more gas but again it was not working within a few days. Maguy in the sales office recommended a contact to us who works on the DV site and he has identified a serious leak issue with system that leave's us 2 choices.1. To replace the unit over bathroom or 2.Repair the leak. However the repairing of it may not guarantee it will break again and therefore no guarantee applies as would apply with replacement. The cost is astromical.

Is your problem similar to this ? We would be interested to know another company who could give us a second quote to repair the system. We would be grateful if you would pass on details of any relevant companies that you have used and if you found them reliable and reasonable.

Marc

Hi

Our aircon/heater is ok when the fan is on low, but when we tried the heating & fan on high it blew the mains fuse outside. As it was over the weekend we had no electric for 2 days, although on the Monday morning the problem was promptly fixed by AEA with help from the Sales office. However, we are reluctant to try it on high again and are careful with the volume of elec appliances we use at one time.

Anybody else had a similar power problem?

Thanks
