Community Fees

Have just got a Bank Statement for my Spanish Account and have had a extra payment for Community Fees from AEA deducted.

I have paid all since I took ownership by DD. This year paid on 8/01/09, 2/04/09 then 2/07/09, so all ok. Then a further payment taken on 11/08/09.

Any ideas of whats going on

Was it the same amount taken or a different amount?  Has anyone else had a double debit?

We have never given them a DD and have always transferred the money or paid when we are there.

Don't  forget the Fees are payable in advance.

We had the same thing but AEA had not deducted the first set of Fees when we completed, and then we ended up with a double whammy a year later.

Try Sylvia at AEA's San Pedro office (Sylvia looks after Fee payments) I always found her very helpful.
