Hold on Vagabond you said and I quote......"The president always keeps you informd" are you now saying that he doesnt. My apartment over looks the proposed camp site, so I'.m apart of M2 I have never been updated by the president I dont even know what he looks like
Why have we waited untill now to find out about this meeting. It was'nt untill information about it was posted on here that we knew of any meeting. Yet we have a Hell Pinet web site and we pay Vivendo 17000e a year to keep us informed.
It seems that we have two groups of people at Hell Pinet, residents {The in crowd} and non residents (The outsiders) for the last two years "the in crowd" has treated us like crap. The only time that we get information is when they want more money.
I have heard of bullying,damage to properties and services being turned off. This is supose to be a community (dont make me laugh) now they are with holding information untill it is leaked.

We are not residents, only there a couple of times a year. However, we are on the mailing lists and do receive updates. Contacted Vivendoo and our community president to make sure we were on their records. If I can’t find the updates on the EP website, then I ask them to post them up asap, as in this instance. Vivendoo post their communications onto their own website. No-one needs to be in the dark.
Can only speak as I find – “ASK AND YE SHALL RECEIVE”!!!

Am I right in thinking that Vivendoo want to introduce a charge for a skip and bins. Is this for everyone?
Does the money we pay Elche council for the last several years not cover rubbish collection and bins?
I need to get rid of some rubbish in the UK can I ask for a whip round from those at El Pinet to hire a skip?

Hi 9palms,
Firstly the rubbish collection payment should be inclueded in the water bill when conected and not in the suma bill that you pay Elche.
Secondly going on the past dont be suprised if as a non resident you are TOLD to pay towards the cost of a skip.

Hi Gringo,
So it’s a case of the more water you use the more it costs for rubbish collection? How are they paying for the skips? Is it for garden waste and broken furniture?
So the Suma doesn't go towards things like they do in the UK. Libraries, parks, road sweeping and rubbish collection etc.
Nothing surprises me as a non resident who pays up and its not the threat of legal action.

Here on Mar Menor Golf Resort in Torre Pacheco Aguagest are our water suppliers. We pay a flat rate of about 42 euros a quarter through our water bill for rubbish collection. It does not matter how much water you use, you still pay the 42 euros. In contrast our neighbours in the town of Torre Pacheco pay about 26 euros a quarter.

I think some people need to look back at posts on this site.. Promises to start work Jan' @@@@ , Sept @@@@. Jan @@@@.......... etc. ...............Sept 2011, now Jan 2012, Despite what some think it IS STILL ILLEGAL to live there and there is not a legal community as determined by Spanish law. Not one single threat of legal action has resulted in legal action because there is NO CHANCE of a success.
I do hope that we do eventually get things sorted, but given the present situation, Where will the money come from?
The Germans must be getting sick of paying.
