Hi All,

We completed on our ground floor Laurel on Tuesday, heading over next week to have our first holiday in Corvera.

If anyone is around we could meet up for a glass or two?

I'll be there from July 27th till August 13th,

afterwards if anyone is looking for somewhere to rent on site just pm me and we can sort out something.

Jane and I are over from the 29th til 12th aug, staying just up the road at Hacienda Riquelme.

Will no doubt be visiting Corvera several times whilst there and would be great to meet up and put faces to names.

Congratulations all that have completed, we completed on the 13th July and have just got back.  Everything went very smoothly, very pleased with our Tilo. Golf course greening up nicely, driving range, practice putting greens all finished and open. Looking foward to going back soon (although probably not until September).

I just completed last week on a ground floor Tilo in phase 1, just getting the furniture etc put in at the moment and hope to get out there soon for a proper visit.

Thanks for your reply there. Wouldn't say it was pain free but I got there in the end.

One thing I would advise everyone is not to underestimate your costs, you'll need around 13% of your purchase price to cover IVA, bank fees, solicitor, stamp duty, land registry, notary fees, valuations & commissions etc. This is all before the cost of your furniture of course!

Sure, it'll all be worth it in the long run.

Hi All,

Thanks for all the good wishes, just back in Ireland tonight, had a fantastic time in Corvera and met some of our current and future neighbours, and I must say I am feeling very happy about the decision to buy there.

It's all shaping up very nicely and if the people I met are anything to go by we will have a fantastic community in the not too distant future.

I hope to meet up with ye all again soon, and for those I haven't met yet, I look forward to having a glass or two in the glorious Spanish sunshine sometime soon.

Just a note to say that the help and quality of furniture from Murcia Furniture was first class. Also a kind mention to the other wonderful families we met all 2  of them but if this a case of the friends we will meet at CONVERA roll on the next visit.

I was visiting Corvera for the first time yesterday (measuring up client's apartment for curtains) and was very impressed by the resort, the apartments are lovely, well finished and the resort has a great feel about it.  Congratulations on your purchase, we hope you have many happy times in your new holiday home.

HI,congratulations on finalisiing your purchase at Corvera.

Myy wife and I are going to stay at   Roda for a week in September and we will be going to Corvera to start the closure of our tilo appartment.If you have used Murcia Furniture,we were wondering what you thought of them and if you were happy with the quality of the goods/ services and prices etc.They have contacted us on numerous occasions and we were in thier store earlier in the year,but its always better to get an opinion from somebody who has actually purchased from them.

Congratulations on the completion and I have had lots of clients used Murcia Furnitire where I have had to check the furniture installation as part of the snagging servuce and I have always found him to do a good job and where there have been issues they were resolved immediatley

Again when you come over it is always worth havong a look around and remember in the current climate prices are always negoiable

Hi All

We have bought a 1st floor Tilo apartment at Corvera.  We completed a couple of weeks ago, after completing a snagging list, which was minute.  We are looking at letting our apartment to family & friends from early 2010 onwards, but need someone to hold keys & clean the apartment on change over days.  Is there anyone that is planning to live at Corvera or nearby that would be interested in a bit of extra cash.  We are coming out to Corvera in early October, so it would be great to meet anyone who could help.
