First occupation licence

Pleased to say that we have had our occupation of first habitiation licence granted today, hopefully that goes for all of you completing also.  We should be completing in July on our first floor Tilo.

Yes, it looks like they have sent mine through today for a Phase II Laurel to complete early July.

I have received my COH today for our phase 2 Tilo and will be completing first week July...happy days..

I was onsite again yesterday and yes can confirm that some of the LFO´s, for ceryain phases are through

I will find out tomorrow which phases these cover

We completed earlier this week on a Tilo apartment. The process was very smooth and easy. All the utility connections are set up and should be in place for us moving in. We paid the standard connection charges for Electricity,Water and Gas and Corvera arranged all the paperwork for us to sign. There are some pretty up to date photos on Corvera Golf  and Country Club Information web site. The outside areas are looking superb as is the golf course where a tinge of green can be seen on the fairways. Security on site is impressive and the sales office has been moved onto the main site. I am told that telephone lines are installed and it is just a matter of choosing your server. We are looking forward to meeting our new neighbours. We will probably be on site again sometime next week.

We are completing in July on a Tilo great to hear all went well for you. We are looking foward to seeing our apartment and meeting our new neighbours. It looks great in the photographs will be nice to see for ourselves.

We have a number of people where we have carried out the snagging inspections and where they will be completing over the next few weeks with no problems

Not everyone we deal with is on this forum and a couple of these people have had their back valuations for mortgages  which have been €18k and €22k over the contract value but agian I know that this is purely for mortgages and not necessarly the price for which you can sell the property

We have some other people where, a agreed with Corvera, the completion has been put back a few weeks as they have not completed the local pool, parking or gardens so it has been agreed that we will go back and check these areas prior to the completion via POA, again no big problem and no pressue form Corvera to complete

Yesterday I was impressed that we checked a property with the owner and found some uneven walls but the builders arrived to start work on these areas before we left the property, re-skimming the areas

Because the various phases are built by different contractors the specification and finish varies but agin what we are seeing are normal snagging defects.

One thing to note if you are not using Corvera white goods is as with RODA the plastic waste traps are not included in the basic build

Also window blinds are not fitted to lounge windows so yiu will have to add these to avoid sun damage to furniture

As explained the customer services has now moved inside the site opposite the sports courts, drive up to the main gateand ask for this offuce and they will let you in but security leves are still high with mobile patrols

The sports courts, tennis, paddle football and basketball are nearing completion and they are now building the changing complex plus on every visit we are noticing that the course is getting greener

As I previously mentioned we have sample reports for various styles of Tilos and Laurels plus measurements of all rooms, windows and doors and I have happy to send you these if you drop me an e-mail

What we have also done this week for 2 buyers who are visiting for a couple of days, and to avoid them having to pay out excessive money for car hire ot taxis is collect them from their hotel and take them to site at no extra charge

I have been following your work supporting all the new owners who are now beginning to move in. I will definitely use your services, but I'm afraid on current projections (phase3) this will probably not happen until 2011.

It is not based on any facts just logic.  No hole in the ground yet, contracted to complete within 18 months of starting, I praying that they start in July/August. Ever the optimist,
